Recently I've developed a real interest in birds, I mean in the past few months I've been following them and studying them, filming them and photographing them. Some of the footage is looking pretty nice i think. I've always admired birds but for some reason I've been particularly obsessed with notions of flocks and their flying habits. I'm not sure where this is leading me but I'm very interested in birds. Perhaps this is going to be more of an ongoing project That I'll just keep going on the side, it feels like it has the longevity of a not fully realised body of work but I know that I feel some connection to them. Been photographing a lot of dead birds recently with a very short depth of field but they're all on a roll I haven't finished yet. Well these are all my photographs and sketches so I thought I Would share what I've been thinking. I have a lot more other general pictures of flying birds but couldn't find them..
