I started the term by doing some collages and compositions to try and spark some interest and ideas for projects. These were an experimental series featuring two sets of two. they took the form of acrylic and spray paint on canvas & framed found material, papers and photographs in a mount. They were an interesting starting point collaging elements of street signage and typography with galactic space themes and more down to earth, understated compositions of muted palettes. I decided not to pursue the project through the yaer as it didn't really have any depth more an aesthetic appeal. The work I concentrated on this year I wanted to be informed and well grounded with a strong idea backing it. I looked on for another subject matter.
